5-Star Review. At 46, this was the first self-defense class I have ever taken. Not sure why it took me so long! Alex was a great instructor. Since the course, I’ve been telling all of my family and friends about the importance being aware and knowing the techniques to help you get away. Your course started a personal commitment to practice the moves and teach them to my teenage daughter.

My husband has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu for ~10+ years, and I could not wait to show him my
new self-defense skills yesterday! Growing up in a border town, I’ve been raised to be a vigilant
person, but after yesterday’s refresher—I felt equipped and mentally prepared with the right
